In 2012, Woodlands Dairy embarked on a transformative sustainability journey, inspired by the wisdom of Peter Drucker: “You can’t manage what you don’t measure.”
On June 20, Rufus Dreyer of Grass Ridge Farm shared how our Milk Standard reduced nitrogen use from 700kg/year in 2004 to just 250kg today. Less nitrogen means healthier soil, cleaner water and thriving organic ecosystems.
